In the name of true parents we declare the complete liberation of heavenly father
that you may exercise your privilege of the ideal of creation to travel freely
to all the nations from true parents family and you may freely return to
you beloved children, beloved nations, beloved world and beloved cosmos
and I proclaim the realization of the complete liberation by dissolution of resentment
so please accept this
